At Ruby Raes Creations LLC, we believe every piece tells a story—and we aim for yours to be a good one. But if somethin’ ain’t sittin’ right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right with good old-fashioned fairness and kindness.
Howdy! Can I Return This?
- Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and lookin’ ready to be wrangled back into inventory.
- Don’t forget your order number or receipt—just like trail markers, we need ‘em to find our way.
Custom Creations & Personal Touches
- Custom-crafted and personalized items—those one-of-a-kind treasures—are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or we didn’t hit the mark on your approved design.
- But don’t worry—we always ride alongside you during the design process, makin’ sure every detail is just right before we saddle it up for shipment.
How to Hitch a Return
- Send a holler over to rubyraescreations@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We’ll give you the lowdown and where to send your item.
- Once it moseys back to us and we check it out, we’ll rustle up a refund or exchange.
Please note: Return shipping’s on you, unless it was our mistake—then we’ll gladly pony up.
Refund Roundup
- If approved, refunds will ride back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
- Shipping costs stay behind in the dust (unless we goofed).
- Clearance and sale items are final sale, unless otherwise noted.

- We do offer exchanges on eligible non-custom gear.
- The quickest way: send your item back and blaze a new trail with a fresh order.
